Public Meetings/Hearings

Generally, the most effective way to become involved is to attend a Public Meeting.  At these meetings the Project Study Group presented key design concepts or issues and explained how and why they were considered.  They discussed the purpose and need statements and identified possible alternatives as they developed.

As the study continued, the opportunity existed to request One-on-One or Small Group/Stakeholder meetings to discuss project specific needs.  This was a key component to the process to ensure that all viewpoints were considered and a workable solution is obtained.  The final Public Meeting will be held sometime this summer.
